Digital Readout System FAQ's
My Digital Readout System is not scaling properly.
This is easily solved by setting the encoder type parameter to match the type of encoder that is being used. The Digital Readout manual provides detailed instructions on parameter setup.
My Digital Readout is reading double or half of actual movement
This is likely caused by incorrect setting of the Radius / Diameter parameter. The Digital Readout manual provides detailed instructions on parameter setup.
Where can I find the serial number on my Spherosyn or Microsyn reader head?
The serial number is engraved in the reader head. See photos below.
